Questions
- What counts as a deck?
- One generation from a brief: the storyline, every slide, charts and diagrams. Editing it afterwards — rewriting slides with the assistant, changing charts, exporting as often as you like — does not use another deck.
- Do unused decks roll over?
- No. Pro includes 20 decks each calendar month, and the count resets on the 1st. Free decks never reset.
- Does Pro renew automatically?
- Yes. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year, at the same price, until you cancel. Cancel from Settings → Billing in two clicks: you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
- Who handles payment and invoices?
- Polar, our merchant of record, processes card payments and issues invoices, including VAT invoices for businesses. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout for your country.
- Is my content used to train AI models?
- No. Your sources and decks are processed under API terms that exclude training, and your files are stored in the EU. See our Privacy Policy and subprocessors.
- How do team pilots work?
- Four weeks on your own recurring deck types with 3–5 users, onboarding and your brand master set up for you, and a DPA from day one. At the end you get results against the bar you set and a proposal for an annual licence.
